My name is Bernadette and I have been a practising counsellor / psychotherapist in Birmingham for the past 20 years. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment.

I work with Individuals, Couples, Companies and Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) in Birmingham, Solihull and Sutton Coldfield on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully. I am a Integrative Counsellor and combine several models of counselling, to fit the needs of each client, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
